Burghound.com Automatic Renewal Notice:
You will be under no obligation to renew your subscription, but for your convenience you agree that your credit card may be debited at the then current subscription price (you will be notified of any changes with approval being required before action on our part) on each anniversary thereafter. Should you choose to not renew, you may do so in writing or by e-mail at any time prior to the renewal being run. You will receive a minimum of two e-mails notifying you of your pending renewal and you may notify us of your intention to not renew or change subscription terms at that time.

YOUR RECEIPT Burghound.com's e-commerce is handled by our associates at WineLoversPage.com, whose logo appears on every page of the shopping cart. Your e-mail receipt, and your credit-card bill, will be in the name of CLIFFWOOD ORGANIC, the corporate entity of WineLoversPage. TO REITERATE, YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL HAVE A CHARGE FOR CLIFFWOOD ORGANIC AND NOT BURGHOUND.COM

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? As soon as you hit "submit", assuming credit card approval, our system will immediately send you an e-mail response acknowledging your subscription. (A declined order is usually due to using an invalid credit card, a typo while inputting the number or expiration date, or a fraud prevention placed on a card, in which case you need to contact your credit card company.) New subscribers and those renewing from a new e-mail address will both receive an AUTOMATED e-mail with instructions and a link you may use to select a personal password and log in to the Burghound Members' areas. Often this automated e-mail reply containing your password information is diverted by a "spam filtering" system, so we strongly recommend that you keep a close eye on your e-mail, including "junk" folders, after placing your subscription order. Also, take care to enter your e-mail address exactly. Even a minor typo may make it impossible for us to contact you.

The subscription period, and database access, is based on Burghound.com being a quarterly publication. Each new subscriber shall have access to four quarterly issues for each year of the subscription term (and to a complimentary immediate back issue). Database access is concurrent with receipt of the four quarterly issues which time frame can vary depending when in a quarter a new subscriber enrolls. Upon renewal on a timely basis, subscribers are set to a full year of access to the database.

REFUNDS: For subscriptions, there will be no full refund of fees paid; If notified within two calendar days of subscribing of the desire to cancel the subscription, a prorated refund determined by Burghound.com will be due subscriber. For individual issues and travel guides ordered and paid for, there will be no refunds since the item is delivered upon order.

Integration or access to content using computer integration (Web Crawlers, Spiders, Robots, etc.) designed to automatically integrate/download the information in the database is strictly prohibited. Upon determination of violation of any of these conditions, subscription will be immediately terminated without any refund of the subscription fee. All who infringe, including non-subscribers, will be pursued using all legal remedies. Subscribers in the news media and wine trade may use limited wine reviews provided that Burghound.com is properly credited.

PRIVACY POLICY: Upon placing an order we maintain your data behind secured networks that are only available to an extremely limited number of persons who have special access to such systems and are required to keep all information confidential. Orders are placed through a secure server. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of this information, including e-mails. All e-mail addresses are maintained in a distribution list, only for Burghound.com use with respect to renewals, issue releases, Allen's speaking engagements, and other pertinent Burghound.com news. You may contact MrsBurghound@aol.com at any time to be removed from our distribution list. By accepting the terms and conditions, you consent to our privacy policy.
